decision to conduct fundraising campaign in many ports (Netherlands, Belgium, France, England, Libya, Tunisia, etc.). Following Jabotinsky's approval of plan, change enacted - campaign would reach only as far as France. Halperin went to France to organize donations, met with many people (list included), and describes those meetings. Made connections with wealthy French Jews and collected significant sum - thirty three thousand francs.
