Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Bergen family from Poland (today Lithuania), by Moshe Herzog living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
The people named in the file are:
1. Izaak (Yitzhak) Bergen, Wilno (Vilnius).
