Five questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of five members of the Pinski family from Poland (today Belarus), by their relative Yitzhak Jelin living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
