Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Mitelman family from Poland (today Belarus), by Eliezer Fajn and Yosef Klarman living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
