Four questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of four members of the Skulski family from Poland (today Ukraine), by their relative Shlomo Skulski living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
