Three questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of three members of the Rubin family from Poland, by their relative Chaim Rubin living in Ramat Gan. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
