Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Eidelheit family from Poland (today Ukraine), by their relative Abraham Eidelheit living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
