Three questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of three members of the Fajn family from Poland (today Belarus), by their relative Eliezer Fajn living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
The people named in the file are:
