Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Pisiuk / Possek family from Poland (today Lithuania), by their relative Moshe Herzog living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
