Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Rozencwajg family from Poland, by their relative Yakov Jungster living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
