Four questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of four members of the Stern family from Poland (today Ukraine), by their relative Ewa Werhaftig living in Jerusalem. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
