Seven questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of seven members of the Wolf family from Poland, by their relative Eliahu Berlinski living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
