Three questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of three members of the Aftergut family from Poland, by their relative Dr. Lucjan Grodzienski living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
