Four questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of four members of the Dawidsohn family from Poland, by their relative Mr. Dawidsohn living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
