Five questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of five members of the Poczapowski family from Poland (today Belarus), by their relative Sylvia Shatz living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
