Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Schlesinger family from Poland, by their relative Abraham Eidelheit living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
