Three questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of three members of the Sztrum family from Poland, by their relative Yaakov Sztrum living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
