Six questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of six members of the Zylberstein family from Poland, by Shlomo Weliczkier living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
