Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Dawidowski family from Poland (today Belarus), by their relative Aliza Luria living in Afula. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
