Two questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of two members of the Gelernter family from Poland, by their relative Shlomo Luria living in Afula. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
