Six questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of six members of the Lipszic family from Poland, by their relative Abraham Lazar living in Haifa. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
