Three questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of three members of the Ryzyn family from Poland (today Belarus), by their relative Moshe Ryzyn living in Haifa. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
