Five questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of five members of the Chmielewski family from Poland, by their relative Oskar Gomberg. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
