Five questionnaires issued by the NZO's Aliyah and Intelligence Department during the Second World War. Within them are filled in handwriting the details of five members of the Grunberg family from Poland (today Ukraine), by their relative Uri Zvi Grunber living in Tel Aviv. On some of the questionnaires are attached photographs of the described person.
