Biography of Rabbi Raphael Yair Elnadav (Elnadaf):
Born 24.1.1921, studied in Yeshivat Porat Yosef, Yeshivat Shaarei Tzion in Jerusalem and in Conservatory in Jerusalem. Active in Etzel and Herut Movement. In 1950 served as Head Hazzan in Great Sephardic Synagogue "Ohel Moed", Tel Aviv.
In 1955, served as Head Rabbi of Sephardic Jews in Havana, Cuba, and also Hazzan, ritual slaughterer and performed Brit Milah for community.
In 1959 served as Head Hazzan and teacher in Shaarei Tzion Synagogue of Halabi (Syrian) Jewish community, New York.
