June 16: Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff shot to death by 2 Arabs during nighttime walk on Tel Aviv shore. A blood libel ensues - that is thwarted – against members of the Revisionist Movement.

June 29: Shlomo Ben Yosef hanged in Acre Prison, first executed by Mandate Rule. Betar and Etzel member. His heroism becomes symbol for Jewish youth in the homeland and Diaspora.

June 5: Etzel bombs Atlit train station. Warning issued in Hebrew, Arabic and English. Passengers evacuated from station and, concurrently, entry by British police reinforcement is prevented. Train station building destroyed.

June 22: "Altalena", Etzel arms ship, sunk on Tel Aviv shore, by artillery bombardment, ordered by Prime Minister Ben-Gurion, killing 16 Etzel fighters. Etzel Commander Begin prevents civil war.
