Description
Polish army officer, after occupation of Poland operated in Polish underground ranks, Armia Krajowa. Acted as liaison in Lwow district and afterwards moved to Warsaw district.
During Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in April 1943, entered as head of Defense Force KB company, ghetto and fought alongside the rebels. In 1941 he was awarded highest medal in Polish army Virtuti Militari.
