Description
Diary of Annie Hazkelson (Chatzkelson), Jewish girl who lived in Riga, Latvia, diary was written 1934-1939. Diary records life of her family, school, her will to join Betar youth movement, and her personal experiences during period before outbreak of the Second World War, rise of Hitler (diary originally written in German, file has sections translated into Hebrew and English).
Also in file: two articles in "Jerusalem Post", from November - December 1986, dedicated to diary of Annie, which tells the story of her life according to memories of people who knew her (English).
